DEPOSIT/BOOKING FEE PAYMENT TERMS:

1. 1 All confirmed bookings will require a minimum 20% Booking Fee, payable within two days of the purchaser receiving an invoice from Tahnaya Wynne (Event Invoice). The Booking Fee acts as a security fee for the pre-payment for the work done by Tahnaya Wynne 

1.2 Tahnaya Wynne requires the full payment of the Event Invoice to Tahnaya Wynne, by way of electronic bank transfer no later than 30 days before the event’s commencement.

EVENT CANCELLATIONS & CHANGE OF MIND

2.1 Cancellations must be made in writing or by email to Tahnaya. Under no circumstance is the booking fee/deposits refunded unless within 48 hours of the booking timeframe. Within this 48 hour “cooling off” period, we will provide a full refund for change of mind. After this 48 hour timeframe, Tahnaya is paid a Booking Fee, and all monies are not refundable under any circumstances (excluding COVID Policy). 

2.2 The deposit places a hold on the purchaser’s date, and therefore no other work for that particular date can go ahead. The purchaser is aware that our deposits are non-refundable no matter the reason or notice before your date. The purchaser is liable for any monies lost.

2.3 If the Purchaser cancels the event within 30 days of the event, the cancellation fee is the loss of 100% of the total invoice amount. To avoid doubt, all Booking Fees are non-refundable unless Tahnaya Wynne cancels the event or the parties agree in writing otherwise.

2.4 If the Purchaser cancels the event more than 30 days before the event, the deposit is non refundable.

2.5 If for any reason Tahnaya Wynne is not able to perform at the event due to illness, injury, accident, personal or otherwise unforeseen circumstances, all reasonable efforts to source a replacement of a similar calibre.

2.6 COVID POLICY. In the event of a state wide lockdown and your event cannot proceed due to government restrictions, Tahnaya Wynne will reschedule at no additional charge, subject to availability.

RESCHEDULE BY CLIENT

In the event of a reschedule within 30 days prior to the event, 50% reschedule fee is applicable.  If you have paid a deposit, this will carry over to the new date.  If the performance falls within the same year, the performance fee will be at the same rate as the original contract.  If the performance falls in another year, the performance fee will be updated to current pricing for that year.  Payment is due either on the original due date or a due date of 6 weeks from receiving notice – whichever is earlier.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Rain can be tricky if you are continuing with your garden ceremony despite the rain. Unfortunately my violin and equipment are not waterproof so I will require shelter if there is rain at your outdoor wedding. If its raining (or likely to rain) I will setup in the closest shelter possible, but if there is no shelter nearby, you risk me being unable to perform for your event. Heat can also be a concern, so if it's an outdoor wedding over 35 degrees I will also require some shade. 

If you cannot provide shelter from the rain or heat (over 35 degrees) I may be unable to perform at your event and no refund will be given.
